Stock recipe -
Begin with a large pot of water then add: -
2-3 whole fresh onions -
1 entire head of fresh garlic -
1/4 head of cabbage -
Large bunch of fresh spinach -
2 heads of fresh broccoli -
After all of the vegetables are added, cook on medium heat all day long. Remove from heat after dinner and place pot in sink with ice water to cool down. -
If you do not need soup right then, place the stock into the freezer until you need it. -
If you need to make soup, add fresh organic chicken into the desired amount of stock and boil. It is best to add finely chopped vegetables, and boiled brown rice.
