Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles are not used. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. By stimulating well established energy meridian points you can neutralize emotional traumas, physical issues, or anything else that may bother you. The process is easy to learn and is portable so you can do it anywhere.
Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) is a gentle Chiropractic approach that allows your body to unwind and dissipate tension that has settled deep in your nervous system and muscles. Over time this tension accumulates from physical or emotional traumas, tightens down on your body and causes dis-ease. When low force contacts are applied to Spinal Gateways along your spine, the nervous system is cued to release tension. This allows you to live with greater ease. When tension is released you can then develop new strategies for living and healing. It allows people to heal from their physical pain, emotional traumas, or the chemical insults to their body.
